What are team building activities?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Team building activities comprise a set of actions created to improve social relations and define the tasks of the elements of a team, in a collaboration between all.<\/p>\n

With time, these activities can contribute to improving the team’s performance and behavior. The concept of team building is one of the bases of the Organizational Development Theory, important in the management of human resources. <\/p>\n

What are the objectives<\/span> of a team building activity?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The activities we develop are thought together with the customer. In this way, we can understand the skills that need to be worked on a team. After that, the team building actions are developed, the activities in which the team will participate.<\/p>\n

For example, if the goal is to work on communication between team members, the proposed activities go according to that goal. This is a way to ensure that the hours of team building have an application to each person’s daily work.<\/p>\n

Monopoly is a team building activity that takes place in competition. Divided into teams, your company’s employees must overcome challenges against the clock.<\/p>\n

To win it’s necessary to work as a team, define a good strategy, execute effectively, define tasks, communicate, trust teammates.<\/p>\n

Battle\/Risk<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Battle (or Risk) is a dynamic carried out in competition or cooperation between teams. In this team building activity, teams must overcome challenges, the winner being the team with the best result – in competition regime – or the one that successfully performs the challenges – in cooperation.<\/p>\n

Teamwork, communication, defining a good strategy, staying focused on tasks and executing effectively are some of the skills worked on. The results are also transmitted in real time using our Real Time Manager.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Rolling trolleys<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The rolling trolleys team building activity consists of a competition between teams. Each must build and customize their cart. After this phase of construction and customization, they move onto the track – a karting track, a grass field or another location – and must finish the race in first place.<\/p>\n

Enigma
<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Enigma is a team building action in which teams are formed. They must compete with each other and look for the fundamental clues on a playing field to solve a given puzzle.<\/p>\n

The clues have different characteristics. It may be necessary to carry out group activities to obtain the clue’s answer, such as solving mathematical puzzles, using different materials to find the clue, among others.<\/p>\n
